Refund policy

We do not accept returns, ALL items are FINAL SALE due to sanitary purposes and Covid-19 we also do not accept exchanges once your order is placed! We also do NOT accept CANCELLATIONS!! Once your order is placed it is FINAL!

We are also no longer responsible for packages once they are dropped off at the post office or once they are marked as delivered! If there is a problem with your package, you will need to contact USPS.

If your package is marked as delivered that is what we go by, we do not resend out packages! We are also not responsible for damaged items, if your item was delivered damage please contact USPS through their website and file a complaint with them!

If you enter in an incorrect address at checkout you have until it is shipped out to contact me to change it at beewitchy1111@gmail.com , once it is shipped it is no longer my responsibility and we don't accept any refunds!
